1. Returns
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Please note the following conditions for returns:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Indoorables reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3 working days.

- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed in the currency of the original order.
3. Exchanges
